The college campus and clinic are located in Portland's Old Town Chinatown neighborhood at 75 NW Couch Street, Portland, OR 97209, at the corner of First Avenue and Couch Street. Note: north of Burnside Street, east-west street names are alphabetical.

Public Transportation

MAX Red Line (from Portland International Airport, or PDX) and MAX Blue Line (runs east and west through Portland's neighborhoods to the downtown core) go right by the college building with stops one block away, north and south. Passes can be purchased from ticket machines at any MAX stop. Trimet's website — www.trimet.org — provides maps and schedules for both the MAX light rail trains and local buses, as well as other information about arrival times and trip planning. 

Directions from I-5 Northbound

Heading north on I-5 into the city, take left-hand exit 299B to I-405 Northbound toward U.S. 26/City Center. Travel 0.2 miles and take exit 1A (on left, becomes Harbor Drive) to Naito Parkway/Japanese-American Historical Plaza. Turn right and stay on Naito Parkway, approximately 1.5 miles, until you can turn left onto NW Couch Street. The campus will be on your right at 75 NW Couch Street.

Directions from 1-5 Southbound

Heading south on I-5, take exit 302A towards Rose Quarter/City Center. Turn right onto Broadway and follow the signs to the Broadway Bridge. Once across the river, continue south on Broadway. Turn left on NW Everett Street. Proceed east and move to the right lane. Turn right on NW Naito Parkway and then another right-hand turn onto NW Couch Street. The campus will be on your right at 75 NW Couch Street.

Parking

If you are driving to OCOM, find two City Center Parking lots adjacent to the campus: at 90 NW Davis Street and 150 NW Davis Street. 

One block north of the campus is a Smart Park garage at NW Naito Parkway and Davis Street. 

On-street parking near the campus is metered. Most parking meters near the campus block only allow 90 minutes. Meter hours are Monday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM; Sunday, 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
